Transform Your Space – Elegant Walk-In Closets At Prestige Evergreen

An elegant walk-in at Prestige Evergreen starts with sizes that work in real homes. Keep the aisle 36–42 inches so dressing stays easy. Use 22–24 inches hanging depth and 12–16 inches shelves so stacks behave. Set double-hang at ~38–40 inches and ~80 inches, and long-hang at ~60–64 inches for gowns and coats. Add LED strips and a 24–30 inch full-height mirror; a small dehumidifier keeps fabrics fresh in monsoon. These plans fit 1, 2, and 3 BHK (650–1,900 sq. ft.) within a 28-acre phase of the 107-acre township. The community has 10 towers (2B+G+19) and ~1,600–2,000 apartments, ~80% open greens, a one-lakh sq. ft. clubhouse, and 40+ amenities. Prices begin ₹1 Cr / ₹1.9 Cr / ₹2.3 Cr. Launch: 30 Oct 2025. Possession: Dec 2029.

Comfort starts with the aisle. 36–42 inches lets two people move without bumping. Hangers sit right only at 22–24 inches depth; sleeves won’t crease. Shelves at 12–16 inches hold tees and towels in neat stacks. Keep 6–8 inch drawers for daily wear and 10–12 inch drawers for knits. Long-hang belongs on one side so hems don’t bruise shoes.

In a 1 BHK (650–700 sq. ft.), a clean reach-in + dresser beats a cramped walk-in. Put two shallow drawers at hand height and park luggage on the top shelf.

In a 2 BHK (1,100–1,250 sq. ft.), slide the bed 10–14 inches and wrap a U-shaped mini walk-in behind a pocket door. Keep a ~36–42 inch aisle clear.

In a 3 BHK (1,450–1,900 sq. ft.), a full walk-in with a 42-inch aisle feels generous. Add an island only if the door swings are still clear. Zone the space—daily / occasional / luggage—so mornings run fast.

Aim 300–500 lumens at eye level so colours read true. Run LED strips under shelves to light every stack. A 24–30 inch mirror gives a full view without stepping back. Leave a louver or top gap for passive airflow and add a compact dehumidifier during monsoon months. Clothes stay fresh and decisions get quicker.

If you pick a loft/mezzanine layout, move study or WFH upstairs. Keep the bedroom edge for a neat walk-in. The double-height volume keeps the suite bright even with added storage. Sleep space stays quiet; the closet stays ordered.

The clubhouse and 40+ amenities handle parties, workouts, and meets. You use the community more and the closet less. With ~80% open greens, the home feels lighter and easier to keep tidy.

You live on SH-35 with short daily runs: ORR ~6 km (~15 min), ITPL 5–8 km (~15–22 min), Kadugodi Metro ~4 km (~10–12 min), Airport 37–40 km (~60–75 min). Less travel time means simpler organisation and steadier mornings.

Pricing holds at ₹1 Cr (1 BHK), ₹1.9 Cr (2 BHK), ₹2.3 Cr (3 BHK). Launch is 30 October 2025 and possession is December 2029. You buy inside the Prestige Raintree Park ecosystem, which supports long-term maintenance and value.

Build to working inches, light the stacks, and keep air moving. Park work upstairs if you choose a loft, and let the bedroom stay calm. In 1–3 BHK homes (650–1,900 sq. ft.) at Prestige Evergreen, the same space delivers more comfort with a December 2029 handover and a full township behind it.
